As a writer and a published author of a children’s book, “Toonee the turtle and his friends”, I have been often asked what is my genre of writing? And, every time I have answered this question, that I write across genres other than children’s book, I have been a bit disappointed with the reaction that follows next. The reason being every writer and an author has a niche and excels in it. But, may be that is not the case with me because I love writing across genres. I feel writing in various genres that resonate with you, help you become a good writer eventually.
Conventionally it is difficult for people to digest this fact. It is often misunderstood as some fast track, substandard content creation, but that is surely not the case here.
May be I am just a multipotentialite driven by creativity whose expression cannot be confined to a particular genre of writing.
