Success, the elusive and often enigmatic pursuit that fuels our ambitions and dreams. We all strive for it and work tirelessly to achieve it. Sometimes we experience it, and many other times, it eludes us.
I have encountered countless moments where I poured my heart and soul into a goal, only to find myself tantalizingly close, yet somehow missing the mark. The brink of securing a game-changing deal, the edge of that coveted breakthrough—and then, suddenly, it slips through my fingers. Clients backtrack, managers vanish into thin air, and the cycle continues.
If you have traversed this rollercoaster ride of almost-there-but-not-quite, you’ll understand precisely what I mean. Curious whispers began to bloom in my mind. That’s when I began to question this pattern consciously.
Could there be hidden dimensions to success that we overlook?
Could there be metaphysical layers to why some individuals soar to great heights while others seem to be held back by invisible forces?
Maybe, maybe not.
My relentless pursuit to understand how success works led me to a single pivotal question—one that became my game-changer:
“What if I was the creator of this situation, then what in me could be creating it?”
This question became a doorway to dive deep within myself and see through the mental and emotional structures that were keeping me trapped. I realized that the subconscious is like a labyrinth, intricately shaped by generational influences, belief systems, and the impressions of profound experiences. But once you identify the root cause, you can confront it directly. With the right tools and methods, achieving breakthroughs becomes not only feasible but often surprisingly within reach.
Strangely, this question also led me to step into the field of metaphysics and facilitate a wonderful therapy called Family Constellations. This therapy was developed in its present form by Bert Hellinger and has helped millions of people across the globe. People continue to benefit from it even today.
Bert Hellinger says, “There is an interconnectedness between success in human relationships and success in business and professional contexts.” It suggests that the dynamics of our interpersonal connections significantly impact our achievements in the business realm. While tangible factors such as consistency, skills, and discipline play crucial roles in success, there are often hidden, intangible factors that act as barriers in people’s lives. These intangible elements, inaccessible through conventional means, can be explored through the field of knowingness.
(The field of knowingness is a universal, collective intelligence that connects all beings, shaping experiences and guiding evolution. It functions like an immense, shared repository of wisdom, influencing everything from nature’s growth to human consciousness.)
A deep, often overlooked source of human suffering is an unaddressed need for belonging. Driven by the primal instincts of survival and security, the subconscious mind may compel self-destructive choices to maintain a connection to one’s family or origins. This powerful longing can lead individuals to sacrifice their well-being in pursuit of this bond.
In many cases I’ve facilitated, clients experienced business setbacks or stagnation shortly after their parents’ passing. This is often linked to an unconscious dynamic: witnessing a parent’s death can spark a hidden longing to die as well, seen as a way to maintain belonging to the family even beyond death. This deep-rooted desire to take on responsibilities or sacrifice oneself for those higher in the familial hierarchy can influence life choices, prioritizing a sense of belonging over personal growth or success.
Frequently, this ingrained subconscious longing becomes a root cause of setbacks or prevents individuals from reaching their full potential. Even when they are conscientiously managing their daily affairs and business operations, they might experience a sense of being trapped, unprogressive, or encounter a setback in their business or career.
The solution lies in fostering deep respect for each other’s destiny and acknowledging the importance of maintaining a healthy order of belonging. By fostering this respect, you open yourself to the dynamic flow of spirit, transcending the limitations of biases. Surrendering becomes the liberating act that frees everyone from constraints, allowing us to serve the spirit and, consequently, life itself—understanding and embracing its unique manifestation for each individual.
When we start looking at our challenges with deep awareness, we shall uncover the hidden solutions. This is why the masters often say: regardless of life’s challenges, all answers reside within!
Wishing you deep awareness and eyes of wisdom to become the answers you seek!
