Thoughts can have a tendency to overwhelm you and a web of creation can sometimes be a trap and a delusion. Such times, the restlessness may creep in. It would take enough strength and awareness to calm yourself. And one of the best ways that help you bring back your awareness in the present moment is by spending time in nature.
So, here are 3 reasons that tell you how spending time in nature can be an important step in your well-being.
1.Ground Yourself: The trees, the wind, the chirping of the birds, the sound of the waves are not just some random phenomena occurring every single day. They breathe intelligence which touches dimensions that are far beyond than what we, as humans can perceive. Their serenity and wisdom touch many realms and for eons. Once you experience these, your thoughts break free from the web of illusions as you ground yourself. Grounding yourself helps you come back to the present. And being in the present is the key to lose the grip of the past and create a better future.
2. Connection with Nature = Connection with your wise self: When you connect to nature, you connect to your true self. Nature presents an infinite pool of miracles in itself. It stirs your soul and helps you to connect and recognize the truth that seems to be covered in the layers of delusion. The strength that nature possesses has the power to heal you from within. 3. Overflow with Generosity: Nature is not just wise, it is extremely generous. There is no end to what it offers to the mankind. The question is always, are you ready to receive? Are you ready to let go of your ego and think that you are smarter than what nature thinks? Are you ready to surrender and cleanse yourself from ill-will, hatred, animosity and their derivatives? Are you ready to be humble and let you generosity overflow just like the way Nature does it?
Today, take some time out, go for a walk in the park, or on the beach and even if you are having a hectic day, just take time out to look at the magnificent sky above and let your soul wander and align itself to the wisdom that nature is.
Nature is the gateway to the wisdom and wisdom seems to reply in silence.
