When loved ones leave your side and you feel disheartened -Pause and Breathe

Sometimes we are at a crossroads of life and a dire need to explore life engulfs us. In listening to the whispers of your soul, you may decide to explore a path which may be unconventional by nature. There are mixed emotions. There is fear as you embark on the path of uncertainty and there is excitement to discover the unknown.

In fear when you look around for support from your loved ones, you may not find one. Out of love for you, they fear your failures. And we are yet to learn how to accept and embrace our failures gracefully. At such times you may feel disheartened.

During such times the best thing to do is, pause and breathe.

When you pause and breathe you come back to the present. At that moment you are aware of your fears and those that belong to others. It is in this awareness that you breathe in faith and breathe out fear.

This awareness brings in compassion for those who don’t understand you. In understanding your fears, you understand their fears too. And when you break free from the web of your fears, you help others too.

Nothing beats the joy when you break free from your limitations and enter the world of possibilities. And in empowering yourself, you give hope to others to do the same.

When you pause, the feelings of disappointment dissolve and when you breathe, you allow the compassion to engulf you.

In empowering yourself, the droplets of compassion trickle down and flow towards those whom you love.

So when loved ones leave your side, just pause & breathe and let this be an opportunity to empower yourself and others.
