When you commit to growth, Excellence is you!

Everyone has a unique start point in their life. While each one is blessed with a different set of talents and skills, they are also given an unequaled set of challenges. We condemn many and acknowledge a few.

Most times we live in a Wishing – Worrying – World, rather than a Willing-Wonderful-World. The concept of an ideal world is shallow and usually starts with everyone around me behaving the way we would perceive them to. We fail to look at uniqueness as a binding factor. And interpret it as a threat to our conscious knowledge.

I, too, have lived with this shallow view for many years. It is only through conscious reflection and spending enough time which has made me realize how irresponsible and biased my thinking has been. My journey from self-doubt to self-expression has helped me see that when I become more authentic, I empower others to be them. Judgments become less rigid, and compassion replaces it. This increases my capacity for delight. I am happy not just with my success but I end up celebrating the success of many. And with this, I now, have a million reasons to be happy.

This is growth. When you commit to such growth,

You begin to become more inclusive to the differences that you see around,

You become compassionate to those who are less fortunate,

You extend your kindness to the persecutors as you acknowledge their degree of ignorance. The one that you seem to have transcended now.

Isn’t this moving towards excellence? Excellence is often seen as success reflected in the material world. Nothing wrong with it, but it is incomplete.

True excellence is when you are inspired to serve and uplift humanity. It is not about competing or comparing, it is about expanding your inner self to hold generosity and dissolving the illusions that discriminate one from the other.

May you be inspired to commit to a holistic growth each day, and touch the experience of excellence that you are!

Celebrate Growth, Celebrate Life!
