The key to change : Go on a complaint-free diet today!

Today, in many ways the abnormal is becoming the new normal. 

To blame is the new normal,

To suppress your opinions is the new normal,

The core of your being breathes love and not hate or suspicion

The core of your being breathes peace and not anxiousness.

But you must look inwards at your core. To cope with these emotions of anxiety, stress, and anger you drench yourself in material pleasures. You spend hours watching the stories that speak your state of mind, rather than pick up an empowering activity. You resort to the blame game and keep yourself at the mercy of others to make you happy. 

To be happy is your responsibility. Stop seeing it as other’s duty towards you. It is time to take charge of your life. Take back your power today by going on a complaint-free diet. A diet for an empowering and a healthy mind. For the next 24 hours be conscious of things you complain about and stop yourself from complaining.
